The hotel had a great location in the city center, making it easy for me to explore all the attractions nearby. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly humble and provided excellent service. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and had all the necessary facilities, including ample parking and transportation options.

Beautiful view from our balcony with a lovely ambiance. Nicely decorated interiors, and the staff was friendly and quick to help with our requests. We also enjoyed the good food served at the hotel restaurant.

Our first negative experience was not being given the room we had requested before our arrival. the price of food was far too high and the quality simply was not worth the cost.

The free breakfast was delicious, especially the idlis. the location was convenient and close to many city attractions. the staff members were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more comfortable.

The view from our room was not great, as the only window faced the corridor, meaning there was no natural light or scenery. the restaurant staff could use more training, as their well-meaning approach unfortunately led to less than satisfactory service.

The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. And the best part? The staff even cooked and prepared a delicious cake as per our request! We felt pampered and well-taken care of throughout our stay.

The large room I stayed in at West Downs - The Heritage Resort was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a good restaurant conveniently located nearby. The high ceilings and ample lighting made the room feel spacious and inviting. The restaurant served enjoyable food at a reasonable price, and the included breakfast was also satisfying. Additionally, the hotel's location near the railway station made it easy to access. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and convenient amenities.
